I went to a regional bank before seeing Jeremy at APMS and it was clear right away that the difference between a large corporation and a successful local small business is that small businesses are successful when their customers rave about the quality and value of what they provide.

So I'm here to Rave.

I went to Jeremy twice, once for a house that eventually fell through and for the house I actually bought. At our very first meeting I was struck by his professional and gentle demeanor. There was no hard sell, no rushing. I know I asked him the same questions more than once and he always happily answered but never said 'like when I mentioned it earlier .....'.

As far as the application process, the corporate lender's was more complicated, I guess because every loan has to go through a series of corporate approvals. It was much simpler with APMS. I was surprised how easy it was.

The rate he was able to get was 'much' better than any other lender I checked. He passes along a portion of the profit he could make from a loan to his customers.

Jeremy was always a call, text or email away and gave a prompt response, and I contacted him a LOT. He also explains complicated aspects very well; good communicator.

And he will do everything he can be at your settlement in case of any last minute speed bumps.
