I do not have one complaint
I have been working with Jeremy McMichael and A Plus Mortgage Solutions for the past 6 years, and in that time, I do not have one complaint. His service is far above any competition and success of closings is 100%.
There are many things that I can boast about A Plus Mortgage Solutions but the 2 that always come to mind is one day Jeremy was traveling and he was in an airport catching his flight. Not only did Jeremy pick up my call, but he also sat down uploaded his laptop and got me the preapproval I needed at that moment so I could put in my offer and win the competing offer.
Secondly, going into the pandemic I had 7 deals under contract with Jeremy. With all the uncertainty realtors were saying how their contracts were falling apart and banks were terminating lending agreements, all 7 of my deals got to closing without a glitch.
There is one thing you can bank with Jeremy, if he preapproves your clients, and you go under contract you will make it closing.
